How we work

How we work.

What VenDI℠ gives you is a number for each revenue line: how much is at risk, and when. This page gives you a clear picture of what to expect. We walk you through the detailed scoring together, step by step, once we begin.

What you get

Five things, on every engagement.

A rating for every material revenue line
Holding, under pressure, or exposed.
Dollars at risk, dated
A figure at 12, 24 and 36 months.
Cost to deliver
What each line costs to serve today, and after the work moves.
A defence for each exposed line
One per line, with what it would cost to run.
The evidence, and its quality
Every conclusion is delivered with the evidence behind it and a rating of how strong that evidence is.
The verdict

A rating for each line, not for the company.

A rating belongs to one revenue line, not to a company. Most businesses have lines in all three bands: some holding, some under pressure, some exposed. A single score for the whole company hides that. It overstates the risk on the strong lines and understates it on the weak ones.

Working together

What to expect before we start.

What we ask of you
A short data request, tailored to the business and sent on day one. Before exclusivity, some information is usually out of reach. We tell you at the start what we expect to be missing, and how that affects the precision our answer.
What we show you first
We’re glad to share a sample deliverable in a first conversation. Just ask when you book a diagnostic.
Limits

What this can't tell you.

We can't predict a decision

We can't predict whether your customer will build their own version or bring the work in-house. That is their call. We can price what happens if they do, and tell you how close they are.

Sector papers

Two sectors, written up.

We have written about two sectors, healthcare services and insurance services, because the obvious answer in both is half wrong.
